This is me at 51 doing my homework for a Wing Chun class I was taking.

Hi! Thank you for visiting my site. I hope i can help others through sharing my life experiences and knowledge about health and fitness.
I was introduced to diet and exercise when I was 8 years old and have competed successfully in several types of sporting events like baseball, Judo, football and bodybuilding. Today at 53 I have quite a few years of experience with various types programs including performance enhancing drugs and I will give you all the ins and outs of my experiences in the posts to come. Anyway, I was overweight and clumsy, on a baseball team, and was sitting on the bench not getting anytime on the field. My parents couldn’t stand to see me not playing so they consulted my P.E. coach and he gave them my first diet and workout program. After a few weeks on the program the transformation was evident and a workout junkie was born. I would spend the next 45 years experimenting with my body in different ways for different types of sports and for appearance. Over the next few weeks I will be writing about my experiences in more detail about the stages of my evolution as a health and fitness junkie.
